SoulCycle instructor, Wilhelmina Model/ Dancer with GTA Los Angeles/ Professional Sweat-er and Fitness Addict!
I was introduced to Daniela Dib through a mutual friend who invited me to try my very first SoulCycle class! I can see why people are addicted to this cycling power hour - the dark room, pumping music, and the intense work out all make it seriously epic. But we know that the instructor of any fitness class is one of the most important elements which will make you come back for more! Which is why I became a SoulCycle addict and a huge fan of our instructor, Daniela!
I was instantly drawn to Daniela's energy and positive attitude! She takes you through the class with encouragement and a spirit of toughness which not only inspires you to ride hard in the class but in life too.
Do all good things come to an end? I am not sure, but it is with bitter sweetness that I must report Daniela has been offered a great opportunity to open up the very first soul cycle in her home town of Vancouver, Canada; which means that we will no longer be blessed with her presence at SoulCycle in Los Angeles!
Will I still attend SoulCycle classes? I guess you will have to check out my Insta Stories to find out. In the meantime, get more of a taste of Daniela by reading below.

I was first introduced to SoulCycle through my dance agency. I was so hesitant at first because I was one of those "don't put me down for cardio" type of people, but I figured what the heck! I was hooked after my first class! Half way through my that class, the instructor asked the room "where would you would like to see yourself in a year?" I immediately thought to myself "where you are, on the podium!" The road to actually becoming an instructor was long and grueling! But like all great things in our life, I learned more by struggling to achieve then being handed my dreams. I feel so proud now to look back and see the growth that has been made in that cycle room!
Moving back to Vancouver to open up our first SoulCycle in the city has been a dream/in the works for well over a year! I'm honored to be apart of it, and appreciate the journey to this goal in its entirety. The setback I've encountered have only made me work harder to reach this goal. We are set to have our Grand Opening in Yaletown July 15th! I could not be more excited, nervous, and freaking out for this next chapter in my life!
IN A FEW WORDS DESCRIBE WHAT YOU LOVE BEST ABOUT YOUR JOB?
Soulcycle has been one of the most fulfilling experiences of my life. I am constantly pushing myself to my limits both physically and mentally, and in turn motivating a room filled with riders to do the same. I am grateful for the opportunity to inspire people to step outside their comfort zone.
WHAT 2-3 TIPS WOULD YOU GIVE TO OTHER LADY BOSSES?
There will always be a thousand no's before you hear a yes. Not everyone will understand you and that's okay. And always walk forward with kindness.... you never know what someone else is going through.
WHAT ELSE MAKES YOU TICK?
Modelling has always been fun for me because its an extension of what i grew up doing...dancing and using my body to tell a story! But when I got signed to Wilhelmina models it definitely kicked up my career and passion for it a notch! I love being on set, both in front of and behind the camera. I also choreograph and do movement coaching for celebrities photo shoots, so we can get the best and most gorgeous angles possible!
TELL US A FUN FACT ABOUT YOURSELF!
I am from Vancouver BC, and am scared of cotton balls!
HOW WOULD YOUR LIFE TASTE AND WHY?
Like sweat, since it's what I spend most of my day doing!
