Welcome!

Giving you a taste of my life as a wife, mom, entrepreneur, health addict & sensory brand consultant living in LA.

I met Rebecca-Louise in 2015 when I was attempting to get abs for my October wedding. After watching one of her YouTube videos, besides loving her British banter, I was inspired by something she said: "Abs are made in the kitchen. It is 80% about nutrition and 20% about fitness!"  After a brief call with her, she convinced me to sign up for her nutrition program. I didn't know that I would also get a beautiful friend who would inspire me in ways that I didn't even think was possible. To be fair, some of my motivation comes from her adorable pup, Sir Alphie. Don't let his lazy demeanor fool you, he has great advice!

Regardless of where the inspiration comes from, read further to get a taste of Rebecca. And perhaps I will interview Sir Alphie in the future. LOL

WHAT DO YOU LOVE ABOUT YOUR JOB?

Waking up each day and seeing messages from people that have been effected by my work. Nothing feels better than hearing how someone feels more confident because of a body transformation or a mind shift change from reading something I wrote. You can't put a price on the feeling of someone's life being empowered by you.

ANY TIPS FOR OTHER LADY BOSSES?

Keep focused on what your creativity is. You can look to others for inspiration but keep your eyes on your own vision as it will be completely different from anyone else and a true reflection of who you are. Know that it is going to take time to build and that with hard work, dedication and belief it's inevitable that you will see success!

WHAT WOULD YOUR LIFE TASTE LIKE & WHY?

A scone with jam and cream. The jam is for all the sticky situations and the cream is what smooths it out. The scone can be said two ways in the UK which represents the two ways my sarcasm can be taken, by my US and UK peeps.
